State of the art equipment


At Redwood Valley Cellars we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art equipment that scales to meet the needs of our customers. Our smaller white wine producers appreciate our small 10 ton fermenters and the flexible bladder press that can handle these smaller lots. And our larger clients find our facility is highly efficient in handling 50 to 100 ton red and white lots. The Micro-oxygenation unit is also a useful tool in showcasing wine earlier on the bulk market.

  • Della Toffola Crusher and De-stemmer can crush up to 1 ton per minute
  • Variable speed Rotary lobe pump for gentle transfer of must to tank or press
  • Aerative irrigators for gentle pump-overs

  • 50 Ton bladder press can handle lots from 10 tons to 50 tons with the ability to keep press fractions separate
  • 5 ton hoist can handle 2 – 6 ton side dumping bins
  • State-of-the-art Oenodev Micro-oxygenation unit
  • Plate and Frame Lees filter for white juice lees or red wine lees
  • Select tanks outfitted for oak alternative aging
  • Plate-and-frame and cross-flow filtration available
